Real Estate Development Company (ARE) was established in 1992
as a provider of consultancy, design, marketing and management
services to the construction industry. ARE is a stand alone
entity, with its own management structure and redesigned business
model, to serve the needs of its growing client base. Through
collaborating and making use of existing expertise and resources
of Alhamrani Company for Industry, ARE is on the path to becoming
market leader in real estate development throughout the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia.
ARE has already developed a large multi-purpose office block
in the heart of Jeddah’s commercial district, and a
new commercial centre is currently under construction, to
be managed by ARE upon completion. We are also engaged in
the final planning stages, of a residential compound consisting
of forty villas, as well as an exclusive beach front resort.
Based upon the success enjoyed by ARE, we aim to further
expand our services for the benefit of our clients and partners.
In the coming year we plan to offer a property consultancy
and listing service based on a comprehensive national data
bank. This service will then be rolled out internationally
through our strategic alliances with major European organisations.
